By accessing nxtratechnology.com or using any NxtraTechnology product, including TraceIO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or products.

These terms apply to visitors browsing our website, and to registered users of our products. If you're using TraceIO as part of an organization (e.g. as a rider under a company account), your organization's admin may set additional rules for your use. These terms still apply alongside those.

NxtraTechnology is a software company: we build custom software for clients, and we build and operate our own products. Currently TraceIO is a rider and route tracking / distribution management platform. We may add new products over time; when we do, this page and our product pages will reflect that.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use our products.

You agree not to:

• Use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or other organizations' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to our products without our written permission.
• Upload data you don't have the right to share, or use TraceIO to track individuals without a lawful basis for doing so.

TraceIO is offered on Free and Pro tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store, Google Play, or another billing provider we designate, and are subject to that provider's own payment terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store / Google Play account settings. We can't process cancellations directly since billing runs through the platform.

NxtraTechnology owns all rights, title, and interest in our website, our products (including TraceIO), our branding, and our underlying software, except for data you upload, which remains yours. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products in line with these terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of our software to you.

Our products rely on third-party infrastructure (e.g. Supabase, AWS, ElevenLabs, Resend, app-store billing) and our website may link to third-party sites. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Location and route data depend on device GPS accuracy and network conditions, which we don't control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NxtraTechnology won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold NxtraTechnology harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our website or products, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or to protect the security or integrity of our systems, with notice where reasonably possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless a client contract with NxtraTechnology specifies otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll provide more prominent notice. Continued use of our website or products after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
