Do you only build products like TraceIo, or do you also take on custom client work?
Both. TraceIo is one product we operate ourselves; most of our work is custom software built around other teams’ operations.
How long does a typical build take?
It depends on the workflow and scope. We start by defining the smallest useful working loop, then give you a clear delivery plan before build work begins.
What’s your engagement model — fixed price or ongoing?
We match the engagement to the work. A focused scope can be delivered as a defined project, while products that need continued iteration can move into an ongoing engagement after the first loop is trusted.
Do you work with startups, or only established companies?
Both. The deciding factor is whether there is a real workflow and a clear operational problem to build around, not the company’s size.
Can we start with something small before committing to a full build?
Yes. Our process starts by shipping the smallest honest loop the field will actually use, then scales once that workflow is trusted.
